The
Sumners is a traditional style pub situated in Fulwood,
a suburb just north of Preston. A very popular haunt for all Sport
enthusiasts, there are two big screens to view the major games and the
place is quite busy on match days, being close to Preston North End
ground! For the more energetic there is a pool table and darts board
to keep your skills up in this trouble free, female friendly community
pub. The Sumners is run by sister team Joanne & Emma. Emma runs the kitchen,
serving great quality food prepared from
locally sourced ingredients, whilst Joanne runs the busy main bar area.
Our delicious food can be enjoyed anywhere in the pub or outside
(weather permitting). There is a good
mix of people of all ages and the sociable atmosphere makes for a
lively, happy pub, especially at weekends. Why not come and join in
