Photo Coming SoonThe Romiley Arms is located on the main road opposite the railway station in Romiley.  Built in 1862, the building was originally used as a holding place for prisoners prior to attending court. Today it is a fully refurbished, modern, open plan venue with one bar area and is the biggest pub in town.  With a good base of regular locals we have many commuters and passers by during the week who come for their lunch breaks with us and take advantage of the value for money meals available.  Sunday lunch is not to be missed.  At the weekend, we get families in for dining and there is a younger clientele who enjoy the lively atmosphere, good value food and drink, along with the sport and other entertainment. Sport is shown on three screens and numerous other TVs around the bar and a darts board to enjoy a sociable game over a pint with friends.  The pub is trouble free and female friendly with door staff at weekends ensuring it stays that way.  Next time you are passing call in and try this friendly venue first hand.  You will be given a very warm welcome.

When you visit the pub please let the staff know you have seen it on Pub Explorer.
