English Ale Festival in celebration of St George.
Come and take part in our new English Ale Festival, running
until the 28th May. As well as a number of English cask ales you
can request us to source locally brewed beers! In addition to
superb beers we have launched a newsletter with lots of helpful
information. You can also take part in our collector scheme,
whereby if you purchase 9 festival bitters you will be entered
into a free prize draw to win a limited edition glass tankard
engraved with the Festival logo. |

The Plough
which was refurbished in December 2007 is the centre of a village community on the outskirts of
Stockport. This is a friendly locals pub with a mixed clientele of all age
groups so if you are passing, drop in and see what we are about and maybe
enjoy one of our wide selection of drinks or a bite to eat. Sport is
very popular with all major matches shown on the plasma screens positioned
around the bar so an important goal is not missed! Food is served from
a main menu along with a range of wines to complement your meal. We
hold a weekly quiz where all are invited to join in and test their
knowledge. You will be made very welcome.
