Leyland Gates is a mid 1900’s pub, located just across the road
from a business park just outside the town centre. Refurbished in
May 2006, but retaining a traditional style with wood furniture, this
sports orientated pub has a vault where all major matches are shown on the
big screen. There are also pool and darts facilities in the same
part of the bar. A good mixture of people meet here with families,
passing trade, regulars and workers from the business park coming to enjoy
the food we serve from a two for one menu, offering wholesome pub food
from a varied main menu, with something for everyone. We hold as many big events as possible for key calendar
dates like St Patrick's Day to regular Charity days in aid of the St
Catherine's Hospice. This is a great all round entertaining pub for mums, dads
