The Greenwood Arms
is located on the A673 just five
minutes away from the Reebok Stadium, home of Bolton Wanderers and not
far from the M61. What was once a Scottish & Newcastle sports bar
has really benefited from the major refurbishment which took place in
October 2005. It is now an open plan venue which is a cosy,
sociable female friendly venue welcoming families and is rapidly gaining
a very good reputation for food. This is served from a main menu
and Specials board and can be eaten throughout the pub. We are a
popular place to watch Sport and the screens are positioned around the
pub to enable that big match to be seen from anywhere. Pool and
darts are kept to one area and we even boast our own bowling green!
The self contained function room can accommodate about 80 people for a
variety of private events. You must come along and see the amazing
changes for yourself. Once you have tried us out you will want to
come back again and again!
