 The Grapes
is to be found in the picturesque little
village of Wrea Green, just ten minutes from the centre of Blackpool.
This destination food house used to be known as The Dumplings but the
present name dates back to the 19th Century. Inside this recently
refurbished pub, we have retained a
traditional atmosphere with two open fires, exposed beams, nooks and
crannies - a lovely place to enjoy a candlelit dinner on a wintry
evening. Like all Chef & Brewer pubs we employ high quality Chefs
who have superb kitchen facilities. The food can be chosen from a main
menu or unique Specials from the chalk boards which allow our Chefs to
show their flair! These usually include about five fish dishes.
You will be served meals which have been prepared from the freshest of
ingredients and cooked to order. Your meal can be complemented by
a choice wine or real ale served to the best standard. Although
primarily a food house we welcome many local regulars who savour a drink
at the bar and enjoy the weekly quiz. We
also have a room to accommodate groups of 25 for a meeting or party.
