Fairview InnThe Fair View Inn is to be found on the main road between Rochdale and Shaw in Burnedge village.  This unique two storey Inn was converted from old farm buildings and has an enviable hill-top position with panoramic views overlooking Rochdale, Yorkshire, Lancashire and the motorways. It is an impressively large destination food house.  Fully refurbished to a high standard in October 2007, it is now a contemporary venue with a modern, stylish feel as opposed to a traditional pub look.  There are leather sofas in the coffee lounge, and you are welcome to come along to enjoy a cup of coffee and maybe do a bit of work on your laptop or relax with a paper.  You can choose to eat throughout and we offer full table service.  The daily carvery is a must for those who enjoy a full roast dinner with all the trimmings.  All our meat is UK reared and vegetables sourced in the UK where ever possible.  Popular with the whole family, there is a huge beer garden with a play area to keep the youngsters amused.  Apart from families who travel quite a way to enjoy our fantastic food and facilities, we also have a good base of local regulars, including women, who pop in for a drink or a bite to eat.  This is a sociable, safe place to spend quality time with friends or family.  Come along soon and try out this super venue for yourselves.  Malcolm, Sonya and the team will make you very welcome.
