Exchange Bar & Grill is a modern dining house with an American
theme interior found on
Salford Quays. With a good cross section of regulars and passers by we
are becoming increasingly popular for our food and choice of drinks from the bar.
Meals can be chosen from a main menu and eaten in the restaurant or elsewhere
in the bar. We have a good range of wines and cocktails to complement your meal and
a selection of coffees to complete it. Outside we have a heated and
covered patio area overlooking Salford Quays, an ideal place to watch
