 The Boat House is an attractive traditional pub in a beautiful setting right
beside the canal with the Conservatory and small patio area to the back of the
pub overlooking the water. There is a large beer garden to the side and plenty of space for everyone to enjoy the
sun on a Summer's day! Inside is split into separate areas. The
Vault has the darts board and big screen where the major matches are
shown. This traditional
pub has pictures on the wall depicting the local history of the area including
the building of the canal. Lunchtime often sees local business people
coming for a snack or main meal. The menu is varied and we take telephone
orders to speed up the service. This is a relaxed community pub offering a
welcome to all in a sociable, friendly environment. Most people who drop in
for a drink, stay here for the rest of the evening. Come and try us out
