TWO FOR ONE & GREAT BRITISH CARVERY DINING AT OUR PUB

To help you choose your perfect meal we've highlighted a few of our favourite's from the extensive menu and also those dishes that contain British or Red Tractor Farm Assured ingredients. Many of our dishes are included in our Two For One deal. Choose any two main meals from the sections Fish, Home Comforts, From the Grill, Burger Kitchen, Curry Corner, Fresh Salads & Great British Carvery and the cheapest meal is free.

As well as meals from the Two For One menu we offer a Great British Carvery. All of our Carvery joints come from British Red Tractor Assured Farms that ensure the safety and welfare of their animals, whilst protecting and caring for the environment. A selection of either Matured Saxon British Beef, Norfolk Turkey, Stuffed Belly of Norfolk Pork, Outdoor Bred British Gammon and West Country Shoulder of Lamb and will be available. All served with a homemade Yorkshire pudding, chipolata sausage and stuffing. Choose from a selection of freshly prepared vegetables and potatoes, all topped off with gravy and a selection of sauces and mustards.

The Band Stand pub, Gorton, Manchester. Built in 1999 and fully refurbished with a contemporary look, The Band Stand is a very large, high quality dining pub. With decor of red's, brown and white decor as well as soft seating it has a relaxed feel. The pub's eating area has 232 covers with a section which excludes children. The Two for One deal lets you simply order two adult main meals and get the cheapest one free. You can complement your meal with a good range of all types of drinks. Alongside the pub we have a very popular indoor play building, called Fuzzy Ed's. Recently introduced into the UK it is aimed to provide fun with entertainment, offering children a safe play environment, while adults take a welcome break. The Fuzzoids, a group of friendly fuzzy monsters from the plant Fuzz, will amuse the children for hours. This allows children up to 4ft 9ins tall to play with it's fun games and equipment. For the older children we have a very safe outdoor play area. We are situated on a large leisure park, along with a Gym and Outdoor Centre for jet skiing and boating. Being only 5 minutes from the Commonwealth Stadium we regularly cater for the British Sports teams. Customers to the Holiday Inn Express come to the Band Stand to dine out. The pub can be set up for functions in a segregated room with screens. On the main road 10 minutes from Old Trafford, our friendly staff have all the facilities and attractions to make your visit here a very memorable one.
