We offer a range of great value menus throughout the week, so you can be assured that great quality Chef & Brewer food does not cost the earth.
Our mouth-watering new Autumn Winter menu offers a range of your favourite Chef & Brewer dishes. We also have a great selection of new dishes - so whether it's a platter to share with friends, a delicious starter or a classic main course, we have something to suit everyone! Try our new range of delicious platters, including our impressive Chef & Brewer platter or perhaps choose one of the Chef & Brewer favourites, including the Winter Pie Platter and scallops and black pudding.  The Ashlea is to be found on the main street in the village of Cheadle. Traditional in style with real log fires lit in the winter, this is very much a destination food house. The warm, welcoming relaxed atmosphere encourages people to return regularly. There are 145 covers inside and a further 50 in the garden during the summer. This has a lovely outlook next to the park. Like all Chef & Brewer pubs we employ high quality Chefs who have superb kitchen facilities. The food can be chosen from a main menu or unique Specials from the chalk boards which allow our Chefs to show their flair! You will be served meals which have been prepared from the freshest of ingredients and cooked to order. To complement your meal there is an extensive choice of quality wines. For those who prefer beer there is a good choice of real ales available at the well stocked bar. To add a little variety we hold occasional theme nights with special menus and music.
