Photo Coming SoonThe Wheatsheaf is to be found in the quiet village of Swalecliffe, not far from Canterbury, Margate and Ramsgate, on an attractive piece of the Kent coastline.  We are easy to reach having the Wheatsheaf bus stop opposite and a railway station offering links to London Victoria via Margate just a two minute walk away.  The pub was built in the 1930's and was fully refurbished in 2005 with a light and bright decor of cream and green.  We have a regular locals clientele who help to make this the friendly, community venue it is.  Fantastic food is served from the Hungry Horse menu and can be enjoyed in the 90 seater restaurant or throughout the pub.  We are able to cater for larger groups of people and don’t take bookings as a rule, but would prefer some notice for coach parties if possible.  Come and meet the sociable, efficient staff at this welcoming food house soon.

When you visit the pub please let the staff know you have seen it on Pub Explorer.
