In Summer 2011 we introduced an exciting new Buffet to our food offering. As well as the extensive main menu served every day we also have an evening fresh & reasonably priced buffet available to all. There are also themed buffet nights throughout the week. Duke of York pub, Guston, Dover. The Duke of York is situated just off the A2 dual carriageway, close to the castle and only about a mile from Dover port. This makes us an ideal place to stop at for a meal or to have an overnight stay in the Premier Inn next door. Built in 1996 we are decorated to a modern style and decorated in the usual Brewers Fayre colour scheme. The building is openplan with diners welcome to eat in either the bar area or restaurant. Our food menu is extensive, giving you a choice of healthy options, classic meals and much more. We even have a separate menu for our younger visitors too. This is mainly a pub for diners but we also welcome in regulars who enjoy the relaxed environment and good selection of drinks available at the bar. If you are planning a meeting or small occasion then we can cater for you in our function room. Our other main facility is the outdoor children's play area which is ideal for families, particularly in the summer months. Our friendly team look forward to serving you soon.
