White Bear Photo

The White Bear is a very attractive black timbered pub about 100 years old.  It is situated on a corner site and has attractive hanging baskets.  The interior has fairly modern decor giving a light airy feel but has retained its traditional locals quality.  There is one large room with a dining area at one end which is a quieter area.  Outside there is a large patio, having about 20 tables, with river frontage alongside the Grand Union Canal.  The White Bear is only a 2 minute walk from the lock, so people living on the canal are regular visitors to the pub.  Our friendly staff look forward to giving you a warm welcome soon.

When you visit the pub please let the staff know you have seen it on Pub Explorer.
