Three Blackbirds PhotoFull of olde worlde charm, The Three Blackbirds is situated in an affluent area in the centre of the very attractive village of Boxmoor.  The pub's 250th year as an Inn was 2003.  It was on one of the main post routes used by the highwaymen and this is portrayed in historical pictures displayed within the pub.  We are very old fashioned keeping the old brass, beams and brass pumps as well as the rooms with nooks and crannies.  Finished in dark wood we have a pool and darts room, dining area and separate lounge.  Come and sample some good pub food from a main menu, with snack in available in the evening plus a wide range of drinks served by helpful and friendly staff.  A trouble free and female friendly atmosphere is a good aspect of the pub with a mixed age range picking this as their meeting place.  We hold weekly entertainment with live bands and have our own ladies darts team.  Our separate area is popular for small functions and all enquires are welcome.  Visit us soon - you are bound to have a great time.
