 The Rose
& Crown is an inviting, traditional listed building with an
open log fire in the bar area to keep you warm during the winter
months. Set in the village of Tewin, we are on a popular walking
route, mentioned in many books and ramblers are welcome to leave
their cars here by appointment in our car park. Delicious home
cooked food is freshly prepared and served from our own varied menu with
frequently changing dishes. Particularly popular is our 'Magnificent
Seven' sausage and mash, where there is a choice of 7 sausages and 4 mashes. Alongside our main menu we have a lunchtime snack menu,
where you can pick up lighter dishes such as sandwiches, jacket potatoes,
etc. We are
happy to cater for parties to a maximum of 40 people. All
occasions are welcome being popular for office parties, weddings, anniversaries and birthday
celebrations. Regular quizzes are held each week which entertain locals and visitors.
During the warmer months children and adults alike
can be kept amused in our back garden with giant connect 4 and chess
boards. Everyone is welcome here at the Rose & Crown and we look
forward to seeing you soon.
