The Red Lion is a top-class country restaurant situated in
Digswell Hill near Welwyn, an
idyllic location. The restaurant is open plan and very light and airy
with a beautiful open fire. The rest of the Red Lion is just as
impressive, with a mixture of stone and wooden floors, exposed brickwork and
beams, more open fires and luxurious leather sofas. The interior is
really stunning and very contemporary! Our excellent meals created
by quality chefs and served by friendly, polite staff, are the best
in the area - you can pamper yourself with a sophisticated meal
right in the heart of the countryside. Our bar offers a good selection of
premium beers, real ales and champagne by the glass or bottle. We are an excellent place
