Old Red Lion is a large recently redeveloped pub in the middle of a housing estate. Fully refurbished to a high standard in June 2007, we reopened with a stylish look which has a relaxing, contemporary feel, neutral decor and leather tub chairs and sofas.  There is a separate lounge bar / dining area and public bar.  You can choose to relax alone or with friends  and enjoy a drink or some great pub food served from a varied main menu with many offers on a wide range of favourite dishes. The Sunday Carvery is popular with delicious roasts and fresh seasonal vegetables served. There is an excellent selection of drinks from real ales to chilled beers and fine wines to accompany your meal or enjoy alone.   We have a good range a range of clientele including families with small children.   This is a very attractive pub with part of the building being listed.  We offer up to date facilities for everyone with disabled access, baby changing facilities and a large car park.  There is a variety of entertainment including a quiz night and all Sky sports shown.  To try a quality pint or sample the best food around come and see us soon.
