Photo Coming SoonThe Nags Head is situated on the outskirts of Bishop Stortford in a residential area and is the closest pub to Stansted Airport.  Differing in style from most pubs this is a large art deco building from the 1930's.  It was designed by the person who drew up the plans for much of the London Underground.  This is a good community pub with most of our clientele coming for a superb meal with friends and family.  There is an extensive menu with dishes to suit all ages and people's tastes.  Your chosen meal will be served to you by a very good team of staff who are all helpful and friendly.  Sit back and enjoy your meal and drink in our trouble free and female friendly surroundings.  The lounge / dining area is separate from the public bar with its pool table and darts board.  Both the public bar and lounge have access to their own toilets and bar, making them very self contained.  During the summer our customers can enjoy the superb beer garden with its children's play area.  This has a slide and climbing frame to keep our young visitors fully entertained.  There are also patio areas to the front and side of the pub.  Come along soon to enjoy a pleasant dining experience or a pint of the best with friends.

When you visit the pub please let the staff know you have seen it on Pub Explorer.
