Midland Photo

The Midland is a traditional pub with 8 letting rooms which have just been refurbished (July 2006).  These are ideal for workmen, contractors, etc who are looking for a place to stay whilst being on a job away from home.  The Midland was Built in 1870 to serve the Nicky Line Railway, which closed to passengers in 1947 and is now a cycle way, footpath and scenic walk. Offering a range of beers and food, including Thai specials, our customers find us a very attractive place to spend time.  Whilst having your favourite pint you can watch a game on the big screen as we have all the sporting channels.  Next time you are in the area come down to the Midland for a drink with the regulars.

When you visit the pub please let the staff know you have seen it on Pub Explorer.
