The Cork is located in the centre of Welwyn
Garden City, close to the bus and railway stations. Previously a bank,
this venue has huge windows,
high ceilings and a mezzanine area over the bar. With modern
decor this bar has a good
reputation for being trouble free and female friendly, proved by the fact
many women
come in here alone. At lunchtime business people, office workers and
shoppers enjoy their break with us, having a meal or a relaxing drink.
In the evening a lively mixture with students and an 18+
crowd arrive to partake of the entertainment on offer. We have DJ's three nights a week as well as
a quiz and students night. We are particularly busy at the
weekends. Come and join in the fun next time you are in town.
