Our
passion is chargrilling, because
we're passionate about food. We only
use the finest cuts of steak from
traditionally reared cattle fed
predominantly on grass to ensure
exceptional flavour and tenderness.
Our steaks are expertly prepared by
a British family run firm of
butchers and matured for a minimum
of 28 days before being seared on
the chargrill for that special

 This purpose built Beefeater
& Premier Inn is situated only 5 minutes from the M3 in a Leisure
Park. The park also has a sports centre, bowling alley, WB cinema and
'Milestones', the county's living history museum.
The Spruce Goose
has a large bar and restaurant enabling us to cater for large parties.
There is plenty
of outside seating, ideal for those summer days, along with a heated al fresco dining area, which is as
an extension of the restaurant
only outside. Like all Beefeaters we take great pride in preparing high quality meals at reasonable prices. We also have a
Premier Inn which offers comfortable accommodation for people visiting the
area. With our accommodation, waitress service restaurant and other
entertainment in the Leisure Park this is an superb place for everyone.
