English Ale Festival in celebration of St George.
Come and take part in our new English Ale Festival, running
until the 28th May. As well as a number of English cask ales you
can request us to source locally brewed beers! In addition to
superb beers we have launched a newsletter with lots of helpful
information. You can also take part in our collector scheme,
whereby if you purchase 9 festival bitters you will be entered
into a free prize draw to win a limited edition glass tankard
engraved with the Festival logo. |

We re-opened 14th December
2007 following a full refurbishment. new subtle decor, new carpets and
furnishings including sofas & cup chairs to relax on. Also free wireless

 Owens
is a good locals pub located in the small town
of Southsea. Fully refurbished to a high standard in December 2007, we
have a great new female friendly look and atmosphere. Subtle,
contemporary decor of browns and greys along with comfy seating including
sofas and cup chairs, mean you can relax alone or with friends and enjoy a
refreshing quality drink available from our extensive bar selection.
You may want take advantage of our free wireless internet access with just a
cup of fresh coffee. If you fancy a snack, Panninis are also available
throughout the day. Popular for sports, we show Sky and Setanta on
various plasmas and a big screen. There
are also 2 pool tables for friends to have a sociable game over a pint of
the best. If you are passing the door, pop in and meet the local
regulars, maybe take in the quiz and enjoy a quality drink with us.
