Jekyll & Hyde
is a
15th
Century listed building located on the A33, north of Turgis Green, just a ten minutes drive from
both Basingstoke and Reading. Originally known as the Red Lion,
the inside has retained a traditional look in keeping with the building.
There are original features such as real fires which are lit in the
winter and nooks and crannies to enjoy a quiet drink or a meal. The extensive garden overlooks
fields and there is an outdoor children's play area which keeps our
younger visitors busy whilst the adults enjoy relaxing in the sunshine. Both
visitors passing by and the regular locals come to enjoy quality food
here which is freshly prepared and cooked to order. Complement
your meal with a choice wine or quality real ale and you have an
occasion to remember. If you are planning a private party our function room
can accommodate up to 40 people. We look forward to seeing you
soon. |
