Chef & BrewerHeron on the Lake as the name suggests is situated on Fleet Pond on the outskirts of Fleet.  The decking area actually stretches over the water and is a popular place to enjoy dining outdoors, and with giant parasols and heaters, you can take advantage of it most of the year round.  In the past it was a privately owned American Bistro but has been converted into the olde worlde style venue it is today with private areas to enjoy secluded, candlelit dining.   Like all Chef & Brewer pubs we employ high quality Chefs who have superb kitchen facilities.  The food can be chosen from a main menu or unique Specials from the chalk boards which allow our Chefs to show their flair!  You will be served meals which have been prepared from the freshest of ingredients and cooked to order.  To complement your meal there is an extensive choice of quality wines.  Real ales are a very popular alternative to the wine with a good selection to choose from.  Bring the family or friends to this destination food house soon and enjoy a fine meal and quality drinks.  You will receive a very warm welcome.

When you visit the pub please let the staff know you have seen it on Pub Explorer.
