Hare & Hounds is a family run business employing local people and
using only local suppliers. You will be greeted by welcoming staff
in a warm, friendly atmosphere. This thatched building is listed and full
of local history. Quality
cuisine is prepared from fresh
ingredients and cooked to
order by our excellent Chef. A traditional roast is available all week with a
delicious two meat carvery on Sundays, along with our Specials board. We are happy to cater for those with special
eating requirements, altering dishes as needed. A homemade vegetarian menu is also
available along with a separate children's menu. Overall we offer a wide
choice of food with everything from roasts, duck to fajitas, with
our menus changing every 6 months. We have an extensive
range or wines to enjoy with your meal and a selection of fresh, speciality
or liqueur coffees to finish. Children are welcome here and have an
outdoor play area to keep them happy while you relax a while. In the
warmer weather you can dine or enjoy a drink on our patio. Functions
for special occasions can be catered for up to 100 people and all
enquiries are welcome. We have ample car parking and wheelchair
access into the pub, so everyone can come to the Hare & Hounds.
Helpful staff are here to ensure you have a pleasant visit and we all look
