DINING AT OUR TOBY CARVERY

Come to our Toby Carvery and you'll be re-creating your perfect roast dinner 'Just as it should be'. Our aim is to spoil you for choice with three freshly roasted joints, including; succulent roast beef, mouth watering gammon and tender turkey. If you're cuckoo about carrots or demand a monopoly on the broccoli then tuck in to our fresh selection of eight steamed seasonal vegetables and our full monty of roast meal trimmings like giant Yorkshires, stuffing and gravy. Whilst under 10s may need assistance helping themselves to the carvery, they can enjoy our great range of starters, mains, desserts and soft drinks perfect for kids. Our Children's Carvery really is a king size meal for the little ones and is sure to keep them happy for a long time to come.

DAYTIME CARVERY	Available Monday - Saturday until 7pm. Enjoy a choice of 3 freshly roasted joints including succulent roast beef, mouth watering gammon and tender turkey. This is accompanied by a fresh selection of eight steamed seasonal vegetables and our full monty of roast meal trimmings like giant Yorkshires, stuffing and gravy for only Ł5.49.
EVENING CARVERY	Available Monday - Saturday after 7pm. As well as our Famous Carvery above we add delicious authentic Curries, Peppered Rib of Beef and food nights on different evenings throughout the week.
SUNDAY CARVERY	Available Sunday only. Choose from one or all of our 4 roasts which include British Turkey, Pork with Crispy Crackling, Honey & Mustard Glazed Gammon and British or Irish Beef. These are accompanied by a great range of vegetables & of course Yorkshire puds.

Down Grange, converted to a Toby Carvery in Summer 2011, is located on the main A30, about a ten minute drive from the town centre of Basingstoke. This is a listed building, built in 1818 and used to be a facility for Sport and dog racing! In a rural setting surrounded by fields this is a good place to come and relax on the patio area and study the view over open countryside. There is a children play area with standard equipment, climbing frame and slide to help entertain our younger clientele whilst the adults enjoy a drink or meal. Predominantly a food house, this family friendly venue has a standard Toby Carvery decor. Outside there is extensive car parking surrounding the building to cater for our many destination visitors. Upstairs we have a function room suitable for up to 110 people where all occasions can be catered for. Every year the 'Race for Life' starts from here.
