Situated
on the High Street of Botley village, this Hungry Horse pub offers
quality food and drink in friendly surroundings. Botley is a small
suburb of Southampton and is an ideal place for this 17th Century
Coaching Inn with all its history. The pub at one time was a
Garrick and a Canadian base in the 2nd World War.
The
Dolphin is a very large pub with a restaurant area offering a
great selection of popular dishes from the Hungry Horse menu. This
includes something to suit all tastes and ages. We have a good
sports bar area and public bar where you can sample some fine beer and
real ales. We have varied weekly entertainment from quiz nights to
poker and also have a comfortable, friendly atmosphere
so we are well worth a visit. Don't forget you may see our ghost
George, the Cavalier!!! |
