The Bold Forester
is to be found in a quiet lane within the
village of Marchwood in the heart of the New Forest. This idyllic
location is ideal for those wishing to walk or cycle in the new forest.
We re-opened following a refurbishment in Spring 2010. Outside you are greeted by flowers and hanging baskets.
There is an enclosed beer garden along with a children's play area which has
swings and a climbing frame. Inside there is an olde worlde feel with
wooden beams in the main bar. You walk through from one area to the
next with a family room, dining area and bar.
Food is served from an extensive Two For One main menu with
the food offer and Sunday Carvery being particularly popular. You can
choose to dine anywhere in the pub or outside during the summer. Be
sure to visit us soon. You will always receive a friendly welcome here
and we are well known for our great location, great atmosphere and great
food.
