refurbished in October 2008, The
Big Cheese,
formerly known as the Cat & Mouse, is a quality Hungry Horse
pub. Like all pubs in this group we offer an extensive, exciting, fantastic value for money menu. As we are
big on food there is a large 100 seater restaurant with the emphasis on
family dining. We welcome families and aswell as a great choice
menu we offer them activity sheets. We also offer a good range
of drinks. Our Sports bar has major matches
shown on the plasma screen. All this can be enjoyed in the pubs comfortable and
relaxed surroundings or outside in the beer garden. Situated only
three miles from the M27 we are convenient for Southampton city
centre. Bitterne is a residential area and the pub has a trouble
free, female friendly atmosphere. Come along soon for great value
