Tide End Cottage PhotoThe Tide End Cottage is a friendly pub situated 50 yards from the bank of the River Thames, close to Teddington Studios.  The pub dates back to 1820 when small ships heading for Dunkirk set off from here.  The front of the pub is original and inside it is a cosy locals pub which is all one room split into three parts.  We attract a good mix of local regulars, passers by and tourists and we are known for our quality real ales.  We serve good quality traditional pub food chosen from a main menu and Specials board.  The Sunday lunch is always popular with choice of usually four fresh meats served with seasonal vegetables.  You can dine throughout the pub and complement your meal with a glass of wine or a real ale if preferred.  We welcome everyone here and even offer water bowls on site for pet dogs and doggy treats from behind the bar!  Come and try out this welcoming venue  for a drink or a meal next time you're in town.

When you visit the pub please let the staff know you have seen it on Pub Explorer.
