The
Spread Eagle is Camden’s best local, located slightly off
the beaten track, but just three minutes walk from Camden Tube station and 7
minutes to Regents Park and London Zoo. Originally three buildings, which
were joined together and then extended in the 1960’s and 1980’s, this is a
listed building with lovely large rounded windows at the front, wood
panelling throughout and old pictures on the walls. This, along with our
friendly team, creates a traditional and very welcoming atmosphere. Our
clientele is very varied with a tendency to attract a 21's and over age
group. As well as regulars we see many tourists, especially at weekends.
If you are looking for a good old fashioned pub with a friendly welcome the
Spread Eagle is the place to be in Camden. |
