PRIVATE FUNCTIONS

We have a pavilion in the garden which is suitable for all events and special occasions of up to 20 people. Buffets can be supplied. An area of the bar can also be used to cater for parties.

Rose & Crown offers its valued customers a very upmarket, contemporary style.  Decorated in deep reds, blacks and creams we have retained original features such as much of the wood panelling but at the same time creating our contemporary look.  You can relax in comfy seats, armchairs and wing back chairs whilst enjoying the warmth of the open fire in the bar area.  The bar runs through to a dining area, the total seating capacity being 250 people.  Our good food, which could be said to be the best in the area, is all cooked to order and available to choose from the main menu as well as a chefs Specials board.  The Specials are all home made from scratch.  The building, which has been extended over time, has always been a pub dating back hundreds of years.  On the edge of town on the main A21 we welcome many locals, passers by and visitors to the hospital up the road.  Why not join us soon.
