With plenty of history round
about, this pub was built in approximately 1955 and became a high class
restaurant. A first world war fighter pilot, who received the Victoria
Cross, is buried next door and gave his name to this Beefeater. He was
the first man to shoot down a Zeppelin and the pub has lots of memorabilia to
show this. With very good disabled access, The
Leefe
Robinson, is mainly on one floor. Our main chef having been with us for 25 years and 3
of our staff for 20, we offer very high
quality meals which are great value for money. We have a local type bar offering good quality beers and
lagers at all times. Our staff give everyone a warm welcome and guarantee
you a pleasant stay. The Leefe Robinson is a cheerful and fun
place to be.
