 The
Green Dragon was formerly a Jim Thompson's
until we were fully refurbished and re-named in March
2008. With a fresh new look, downstairs is open plan and more of a
traditional English pub with a Thai twist. By contrast, upstairs
gives a modern
contemporary dining experience with oriental features such as Buddha's and
Asian wall plaques. An area of the restaurant can be sectioned off for up to
20 people, which is ideal for meetings. There is full wi-fi access throughout. In
addition there is a Function Room suitable for up to 50 people and this
opens out onto a private garden. We also have a full oriental, extensive
garden which seats approximately 80 people, with water features, large
Buddha's, pergolas,
hanging plants and screen for privacy when required. A spot of
tranquillity in the summer months. The food here is fantastic and
must be tried. An English and Thai menu is available downstairs in the bar
until 10pm every day. Our Thai restaurant offers a full Thai menu.
Our head chef was born and raised in Bangkok so you
can be assured of authentic quality dishes. All our food is prepared using
fresh ingredients and cooked to order. We also offer a full takeaway
service throughout the day. There is regular entertainment during the
week in the form of a quiz
night and live music. Don't miss the opportunity of a really good
