 Situated in a residential area of Hornchurch, surrounded by
chimneys you will find The Good
Intent.
This community pub offers a very warm, relaxed and safe environment to come
and enjoy a sociable time. Everyone gets on well together and it is a
fun place to be. There is a big, open bar with two sections. The
darts board, pool tables and TVs are in one area and the big screen and
another TV and new big screen are in the other. This allows all to view the match being
shown. Food is served from a new very popular menu which offers good
food at reasonable prices and a snack menu until 10.30pm every evening. Meals can be
enjoyed anywhere in the pub or out in the beer garden during the warm
weather. Alongside the sport, food and drinks, many of which are at
bargain prices, we have plenty of well attended fun entertainment going on
during the week with a special monthly event towards the end of each month.
