Our
passion is chargrilling, because
we're passionate about food. We only
use the finest cuts of steak from
traditionally reared cattle fed
predominantly on grass to ensure
exceptional flavour and tenderness.
Our steaks are expertly prepared by
a British family run firm of
butchers and matured for a minimum
of 28 days before being seared on
the chargrill for that special
Beefeater taste! Today on our menu

 The
Fountain Beefeater is a traditional steakhouse with a friendly
atmosphere and is a great place to eat and drink. The restaurant
offers a choice of booth seating for more intimate dining or
freestanding tables. A full a' la carte
menu caters for any age from baby food to a full Mixed Grill. Our
varied beers and lagers are great drinks and if you prefer wines to beers try
ours range by the glass or bottle. A brand new Premier Inn was opened on
site in June 2008. With 17 rooms, you can enjoy a comfortable stay at
reasonable rates and with warm and
welcoming surroundings, we at The Fountain will give you a night to remember, which will
bring you back again and again.
