 Conveniently located as the first pub you come to from Wimbledon Tennis
grounds, The Fire Stables is an old
building with exposed features, high ceilings, lots of wooden furniture,
open gas fires in the winter and two sofa areas. This is a gastro
pub with a restaurant towards the back of the establishment having big
windows overlooking the garden. There is a European style menu
available in the restaurant which changes on a daily basis. The bar has a different menu and an
area can also be booked for larger groups. Signature platter dishes such
as the homemade Firestables lamb burger, Spagatini with tiger prawns and
the traditional Sunday roast are real favourites. With a most impressive
selection of wines to choose from to complement your meal, plus a full
range of speciality teas and coffees to finish, you will be loathe to go
anywhere else in the future!
