 The County Arms is located close to the Walthamstow Dog Track
in Highams Park and is the main sports pub in the area. It has
excellent facilities for both watching and playing games and has its own
pool and darts teams. Part of the pub is an old church and this section
of the building is listed. The
interior has contemporary decor in a horseshoe
design. There is good public transport connecting the pub to the surrounding area
and the train station is only 40 yards away. Despite the relatively
young clientele and sports fans, the pub is great and
friendly. We hold a weekly quiz and regularly live entertainment. We
are also happy to cater for parties or get together's and buffets can be
