The Clock
House is ideally situated having views over
Peckham Rye Common from the outside terrace and close to Dulwich Village
and Lordship Lane. We are a traditional pub, with a broad customer
base, well known for our quality of service. The TV free bar
allows you to
enjoy a good conversation. We are laid back during the day but
have a more lively
feel in the evenings. Previously a grocers shop, the
building was changed into a public house in 1968. It is deceivingly extensive to the
rear, with an open fire which is great for sitting around with a pint of
real ale. In the summer, you can enjoy hot days and balmy nights with
an ice cold beer outside on the terrace. We have been awarded Best Beer Garden
in the past and have a lovely array of flowers outside.
Serving good pub food, we offer a range of traditional English dishes
alongside daily specials. Whether it’s a quick bite or lunchtime sandwich or
a hearty, home cooked meal, the choice is yours. For a bit of
light-hearted fun we have a
weekly quiz with spot prizes of drinks throughout. If you are new
to the area or just passing through come and try out this sociable
venue soon.
