 Situated
on the outskirts of Chislehurst next door to the station you will find the
newly re-named Bickley Arms.
Formerly Ye Olde Stationmaster,
the pub is adjacent to the Chislehurst
Caves which has some history worth studying. The pub itself is an old
building but we have had a recent refurbishment and with this have a new
policy of no smoking at the bar. Our customers are a good mixture of regulars and lots of commuters of all
ages. Altogether they are a very friendly bunch of people offering a
genuine welcome to all. Food is served from a good value for money menu
every day! During the
summer months we do BBQ’s in the large beer garden which is a good place
to come and chill out over a drink. We have an impressive choice of
real ales and new world wines. Something to suit everyone’s taste.
Our sports facilities now include good coverage of pay per view matches with
3 plasma screens including 1 in the basement bar and a big screen in the pool
room. We continue to host our popular Friday or Saturday night live
entertainment at least twice a month. The helpful team look forward to welcoming you here soon.
