The
White Hart Royal Hotel is situated in the centre of the
small town of Moreton-in-Marsh. This attractive old Coaching Inn
dates back to 1644 and beyond. King Charles 1st is recorded as
having stayed here but failed to pay the bill! Part of the
building used to be used a Magistrates Court and many of the original
features have been retained such as the hallways, cobbled flooring
through the reception area and the olde worlde style. Today there
are 18 accommodation rooms and a new sports bar. Our wide
clientele base come here to enjoy excellent food and drink in an
atmosphere full of character. Meals and snacks are available at
the bar with a restaurant menu available for those who have pre booked.
The Kingsbury Suite is available for special functions such as weddings
with its own bar and dance floor. This is a venue well worth
travelling a little out of your way to try. You will be made very
welcome.
