This is a friendly pub  run by the villagers who cared enough to stop it closing down.  The George Inn has a great atmosphere, like pubs used to be and has had no big brewery makeovers.  We just offer open fires, good conversation and a friendly welcome.  We are popular for small weddings, receptions and parties.  Visit our own website for more information.

When you visit the pub please let the staff know you have seen it on Pub Explorer.
