Kingston Tavern, formerly known as
Yates's, is a great meeting place in the centre of Hull. Formerly an old hotel, the exterior still holds the
original hotel sign on
the side of the building. Refurbished in 2005, with a re-decoration in
March 2007, the interior is open plan, clean and contemporary with
three sofas, low tables and a dance floor. We are well known as a food house, busy
throughout the day with office workers, shoppers and visitors coming for a
tasty meal which is cooked to order. We often have offers available on a range of
favourite dishes. In the evenings we are popular as a trouble free venue,
catering for everyone and have the National Pub Quiz 'Cash In' hosted by
Jasper Carrott on a Sunday night. Stag and hen parties are more than welcome.
