Woodpecker, formerly known as Maxwells, is situated in the residential area of Hutton.  Outside it was redecorated in 2003 and has a clean, fresh, black and white appearance.  This is a community pub with mainly regulars and some passers by dropping in.  During the week we have discounts on selected drinks at particular times.  You will always be able to find a quality pint at the bar and hearty meals are available at various times.  As well as showing important matches on the big screen whenever possible there is a weekly quiz and fortnightly live entertainment.  Denise and her friendly team look forward to welcoming you to this trouble free venue soon.
