 The White Horse is situated on the corner of a main junction
some way from Southend town centre. This modern pub with a contemporary
feel was refurbished in May 2007. With wooden flooring and a host of leather
seating, this bar has an upmarket atmosphere. It has one large bar and
is popular for Sport, food and the variety of entertainment available. All
major matches are shown but there is a quiet zone with
leather sofas etc. where you can hold a conversation and chill out. There
is a good regular clientele plus many who call in when passing. Meals,
from our new menu are
of an excellent standard and very popular accordingly. CCTV cameras ensure
this is a trouble free, female friendly venue where women are comfortable
meeting for a drink or meal and the age range covers the whole spectrum. The
pool league & karaoke is very popular. There are plenty of
reasons for trying us out so come along soon and join the sociable, friendly
atmosphere.
