We offer a range of dining experiences from lighter bar meals to sophisticated a la carte meals. Our chefs provide a range of freshly prepared meals including a variety of traditional British favourites in addition to a selection of innovative and interesting dishes. Daily changing house Specials compliment the core menu. From tasty main courses such as 'Pan-seared Barbary Duck Breast served with Blackberry & Vintage Port sauce' to light bar snacks such as 'Hand-carved Norfolk Ham & Free Range Eggs', whichever you choose, your taste buds will be satisfied.

White Hart Hotel, Coggeshall White Hart Hotel is situated in the beautiful olde worlde village of Coggeshall which includes 2 National Trust properties. The original lounge dates back to 1420 and has maintained its traditional character. Cuisine of the highest standard is prepared from fresh ingredients sourced locally wherever possible and cooked to order by 5 qualified chefs. An A La Carte menu is available along with traditional main meals, a very good fish and daily specials board and snacks / sandwiches for lunchtime nibbles. All food is prepared to our usual high standard. Every Saturday a traditional Fine Dining Experience is hosted by the Hotel Managers, enjoy pre dinner drinks served with canapés in the lounge - Smart dress essential. A huge selection of over 100 wines and 15 champagnes are available to enjoy alone or when accompanying your meal. There is also a very popular cocktail menu. To finish your meal we have a range of freshly ground coffees on offer along with specialty ones such as cappuccino, espresso, latté and liqueur. In the warmer weather you can enjoy your meal or drink outside in our beautiful garden with ample seating.
