 The White Hart,
built in the 1930's, is located in Grays, Essex,
just a quarter of a mile from the local railway
station. Since Chris and Bernice came in 2006
the pub has been transformed into the smart,
friendly venue it is today. This is very much
a local's local with an established base of regular
local residents along with a good selection of
people new to the area, both settling here and
working temporarily nearby. There are usually
four or five real ales on offer, all served to
perfection, as our CAMRA 'Essex SW Pub of the Year'
awards for 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2011 respectively, demonstrates.
The White Hart Inn has a function room which can
accommodate around 50 which is ideal for family
celebrations and private social events. We can provide catering so please feel free to enquire.
We also have comfortable accommodation available for
you to prolong your stay with us. Come and
visit us next time you are in the area and sample a
refreshing drink in the garden during the summer or
watch the match on one of the big screens. |
