The Tower
Arms, a grade 2 listed pub was closed in April 2009 for
a
full restoration and renovation project. Work started
with the renewal of the roof, windows, plumbing, lathe
and plaster. The pub itself was completely restored with
new wooden floors, a brand new kitchen was fitted and
the conservatory was replaced and a new sewage treatment
plant installed. The garden has been completely
landscaped and there is a 300 year old Wisteria tree in

The Tower
Arms is set in an idyllic location with excellent views of the
surrounding countryside. Opposite the Country Park you will find us in
South Weald village. Just outside Brentwood we are also easily
accessible from Junction 28 of the M25. This is a listed building
which is hard to miss when driving by. We have retained our
traditional atmosphere making this a good family friendly pub with a safe
environment. You can enjoy both a quality pint or superb meal at the
Tower Arms, always being served by helpful staff. Diners can eat
anywhere in the pub or outside in the garden, weather permitting. The
meals available are cooked to order and can be chosen from a full and varied
menu with daily Specials to accompany the selection. The pub is
clearly set out with a main bar area, a front room which is ideal for diners and a conservatory which leads out onto the large garden.
