 The Swan is
a traditional ale house located on the High
Street in the centre of Brentwood. Extended & refurbished in January
2007 with an extra 30ft of space to enjoy. The pub has wood panelling throughout, wooden
floors and fine original features such as stained glass and leaded windows. We
offer a range of fantastic cask ales straight from the barrel. As we
hold Cask Marque accreditation these are served to the highest standard. We promote
responsible drinking here and have won an award in 2006 confirming this.
This is an over
21s venue and our policies include no binge drinking. It is a great place to
come and enjoy a quiet drink in a relaxed environment with no TVs or sport in
the background. Pub food is available and served throughout the pub from a
main menu as well as a pizza menu, deluxe burger menu & deli bar menu. Outside
the beer garden is a tranquil place to chill out in the summer with lots of hanging baskets
all around. The outside bar is open over the weekend and has a BBQ
area. Although
situated on the high street, we get a more mature crowd of people in who want to have an
enjoyable evening in a relaxed, trouble free environment. There is a
weekly quiz and live music is
held every Sunday night. Both very popular. Come and try us
